How do I get a quote?

How do I know if I need on-site or desktop?
We will recommend the right approach when you get in touch. Generally, rural and complex blocks benefit from on-site visits while simpler metro blocks may suit a desktop assessment.
Do you charge for travel?
No. Travel costs are included in the fixed quote. The price you agree to is the price you pay, whether you are in Adelaide metro or regional SA.
How does payment work?
Payment is required before the report is released. We accept bank transfer and can provide a tax invoice for your records.
My insurer asked for a BAL report. Can you help?
Yes. Some insurance companies now require a BAL assessment before renewing home insurance policies in bushfire-prone areas. We can provide an AS 3959-compliant report that satisfies their requirements.
